當我們需要更換不同直徑、不同厚度的紐扣時，往往不知道怎么操作，下面小編給大家分享最簡單最快捷的操作教程。

       1按下“測厚按鍵”，清理扣槽與料盤的紐扣。

       Press “Thickness Measurement”. Clean the guider and vibration plate.

       2擰開螺栓，把震動盤里的紐扣倒出，再放回去，擰緊螺栓。

       Unscrew the bolt, put the buttons in the vibration disc out, then put the bolt back and tighten it.

       3倒入需要換的紐扣。

       Pour into buttons.

       4按“測厚按鍵”，將紐扣放在測厚板上。

       Press “Thickness Measurement”，take a button and put it under the measuring plate.

       5按“測寬擋扣”，將紐扣放在測寬板上。

       Press “Width & Blocker”,take a button and put it on the width blocker plate.

       6按“手動送扣”，啟動震動盤。

       Press “Manually Feeding”,Start the vibrating plate.

       7調(diào)節(jié)齒板至紐扣正面通過，反面掉下。

       Adjusting button sort plate,to make sure the button can be fed with front side.

       8將要換的扣子夾到扣夾后，再調(diào)整J1傳感器的位置，直到紅燈亮，再擰緊螺絲。

       Insert a new button on the button clamp,then adjust the J1 sensor’s position to make it lighting.

       4眼紐扣換2眼紐扣還需操作以下步驟

       9先更換兩眼紐扣爪。

       Change the two holes of the button.

       10根據(jù)送扣機機臂上的爪子高矮來調(diào)節(jié)扣夾高低。

       According to the pin’s level to adjust clamp height.

       11調(diào)節(jié)扣爪，使機針對準扣爪的左邊位置。

       Adjusting the pin,to make sure the needle and the first stitch position alignment.
